Lena Johansson at Land Lantbruk (Sweden) wrote an article, saying: ‘Arjan Schermer on Brandrood Kaasboerderij outside Ede in the east of the Netherlands produces high quality organic hard cheese, which, thanks to the kilo price of 25 euros, allows the family to live on only 20 cows.
