Caleb Ojewale at BusinessDay (Nigeria) posted an article, stating: ‘In Nigeria, the average cow is said to produce about one litre of milk per day, or maybe add an extra half at times. In Rwanda, the case is different, at least now when dairy farmers say they get an average of 20 litres of milk per cow. This is especially so for those who have embraced improved breeds of cattle from the Netherlands, New Zealand, and even South Africa.’
